All content on the Site, including text, book covers, series names, logos, photographs and design, is owned by Three Cities Publishing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Book covers and titles are shown for identification. You may view the Site and download the rights catalog for your own reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission. Publishers and media may request cover artwork and publicity material by contacting us.
Rights information
Information about title counts, territories and rights availability is provided in good faith and updated periodically, but it is not an offer. Rights are granted only by a signed agreement with Three Cities Publishing LLC, and availability should be confirmed with us before you rely on it.
Third-party links
The Site links to retailers, the Internet Movie Database and other third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy and accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of it, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law.
